PAOLO TONIOLO

Paolo Toniolo and I are collaborating together, in order to teach mindful eating, optimal nutrition and how our needs have evolved as well as nutrition for different diseases.

The main thrust of our work is to guide people in promoting self-awareness about the signs that our body sends us.

The aim of our business partnership is to restore the ancient wisdom that human beings have acquired through evolution, passed on by generation after generation, in a perfect balance between our body and the food that Mother Nature gives us.

Together we hold a semi-fasting program for groups; four days of ready-to-eat meals for weight loss, mental clarity, more energy and abdominal fat reduction. No grocery shopping, no cooking while eating fresh and delicious home made food!

I am very grateful to Paolo for working with me in this project and for making my experience and knowledge grow every day more.
