As Health Coach I help my clients to make healthy lifestyle choices and I help them to achieve personal wellness goals. The key to the Coaching approach is to support the individual so that they realize their own potential. I empower my clients to learn to access the strength and will power that already exists within themselves.
I focus on the individual needs of each client and work out a program that is manageable and enjoyable according to their lifestyle. I am committed to empowering my clients to take responsibility for their own health so that they can feel their best.
The approach of my Health Coaching is holistic. It can be easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfilment.
It is not just the food we eat, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary.
I will support you in achieving all of your goals, combining eating the right foods for your body with living an inspired, fulfilling life.
